Fire Cider for Colds and Flu
(This is just one way to make Fire Cider, there are so many different recipes out there. You can take away or substitute any of these)
2 lemons
1 big orange
3 jalapenos
1 red onion
Thyme (fresh)
Rosemary (fresh)
Oregano (fresh)
1 cinnamon stick
10 peppercorns
5 cloves
2 turmeric roots (fresh)
Ginger (fresh)
1 handful horseradish (fresh)
Whole head of garlic (fresh)
Apple cider vinegar, fill jar to top after herbs are in the mason jars
*Use one big mason jar or separate into smaller jars. Either will work!
*Parchment paper and then put lid on to prevent vinegar from touching metal lid
*Let sit for 1 month in dark cool place, on counter top not fridge
*Strain and bottle
*1-3 Tablespoons per day, as needed to avoid colds and flus
*Take a shot in the morning or throughout the day, out of salads
*Keep stored in fridge up to a few months
