OUR TEAM
My name is Chelle B, and I proudly identify as a free-spirited, awkward weirdo. I’m also a mother, teacher, friend, healer, counselor, leader, artist, and advocate for those who need a voice.
The idea for 3 Hot Girls Healing came to me from a hospital bed in Florida, after suffering the worst case of food poisoning I had ever experienced. When I finally began to feel better, overwhelming gratitude filled me – gratitude for life, for healing, and for the incredible support system that surrounded me. In that moment, a voice in my head whispered: Find a way to honor these people and everything they’ve brought into your life. From that whisper, this project was born – built on empathy, enlightenment, friendship, trust, encouragement, laughter, light, and hope.
I was born and raised in Minnesota on March 28, 1979, trapped for many years in a life I never asked for and didn’t deserve. I grew up believing that the mistreatment I experienced was my fault – because that’s what I was taught by the very people who claimed to love me most. But they were wrong. I was wrong. It took meeting the right people to finally understand that I am imperfectly perfect – and in doing so, I found the strength to break free from a lifetime of abuse I hadn’t even recognized.
With the help of friends and colleagues, I began identifying the cognitive distortions – the wrong thoughts – that had been holding me back. I learned to replace them with compassion for myself and began helping others do the same through my work as a licensed addiction counselor, offering both individual and group therapy. My first career was as a special education teacher, primarily focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and the transition to addiction counseling was necessary and effortless.
This website is an extension of that mission – a larger platform to share experience, strength, and hope with anyone searching for guidance and light in a world that often feels dark and uncertain. Throughout the year, I’ll provide personal insights on a variety of topics, and collaborate with trusted friends and colleagues to offer reliable, compassionate perspectives on areas beyond my expertise. Because the truth is, nobody can do life alone.
For a long time, I believed I had to figure everything out myself – that if I couldn’t, I was a failure. Now I know better. I’ve learned to work smarter, not harder, and to silence the voices that once told me I didn’t deserve happiness or self-care.
My vision is to educate and empower others by shedding light on the dangers of covert narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, substance abuse, and other difficult but vital subjects that can prevent kind, compassionate people from thriving. My greatest hope is to help others see that they are not broken, to inspire them to find their voice, their people, and their purpose — and to know, deeply, that they are worthy of peace, love, and healing.
My name is Sara G, and I was born and raised in a small Indiana town on March 27, 1979 – the kind John Cougar Mellencamp sang about. Though I grew up Catholic, I discovered my true spirituality later in life through mindfulness and meditation. I believe deeply in love, light, and the power of being the change you wish to see in this world. My purpose is to inspire others to find peace, purpose, and their own celestial calling.
In 2024, I took a leap of faith – sold everything and moved to Florida. I’ve never felt more aligned with who I truly am.
I’m the proud mother of two incredible sons, Rylen and Aidan, both Marines in the United States military. Hoorah! They are my greatest inspiration, my proudest contribution to this world, and living proof that perseverance and love create strength.
Life hasn’t always been easy. I raised my boys primarily as a single mother while working full time and finding my strength to create a drama-free life. With time, hindsight, and the support of true friends, I found the courage to break free. Now, I’m committed to helping other women recognize their worth and find the strength to leave toxic situations before they lose themselves.
I’ve always been drawn to creativity and connection. My career has taken me from working in an egg carton factory to bartending, and now to over 22 years as a hairstylist. I currently work at Maddy’s Spa in Gulfport, Florida, where I help people see the beauty within themselves — because I believe how we look on the outside reflects how we feel on the inside.
In 2015, I discovered yoga, and it completely transformed my life. Today, I teach yoga classes twice a week, free of charge, to anyone seeking healing and connection. Teaching yoga and styling hair both give me the chance to help others rediscover their authentic selves.
I’m also passionate about all things mystical — tarot, crystals, astrology, and the healing power of energy. I believe that movement, meditation, and awareness allow us to live our most vibrant, meaningful lives.
When I’m not working or teaching, you’ll find me in nature — soaking up the Florida sun on the beach, or grounded among the trees in the woods. I share my home with my cat, Sally, my fluffy little bundle of love and laughter.
Through my journey, I’ve learned that peace is not found — it’s created. I hope to use my voice, my art, and my spirit to help others find theirs.
Peace, love, and light to all. ✨
My name is Sara R and I was born January 14, 1987, in Albany, NY. I was born prematurely 4 months early and have fought to be here since my first breathe in this world. For over 25 years I have been fighting battles most people can’t see. Endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), countless surgeries, life threatening side effects including cancer, and later a hysterectomy for Adenomyosis.
These experiences have shaped most of my life spiritually, emotionally, and physically and taught me both how fragile and how resilient the human spirit can be. I know what it’s like to feel broken, unseen, and silenced. Not just by chronic illness, but from deep wounds of narcissistic abuse. But I also know what it means to build yourself from the inside out. Healing became my rebellion and self-discovery became my freedom.
My journey through chronic illness and recovery from narcissistic abuse has shaped not only my perspective but also my purpose: to help others heal, rebuild, and thrive after overcoming unspeakable hardships.
Today, I work full-time remotely in sales, and I am pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I am working toward becoming a trauma-informed Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Consultant, and my mission is to help as many people heal from the inside by combining empathy, behavioral science, and lived experiences to show it’s never too late to rewrite your story.
Beyond academics and advocacy, I am passionate about fitness, creativity, and personal development. I have been on a transformative journey for the past few years, discovering a love for Pilates and strength training that has reconnected me with my body in powerful ways. I find balance through reading, travel, and time with my two dogs, June Carter Cash and Max Fried, who remind me daily that love and laughter are powerful medicine.
My journey isn’t defined by what I survived, but by how I’ve chosen to rise. If you are reading this, I want you to know that your healing is possible too, and you are not alone.
